We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Epic Delivery Owner within Infrastructure to lead and coordinate delivery of complex initiatives in a regulated financial environment.

The role operates according to customer´s Ways of Working, with strong alignment to Agile/SAFE principles, and uses data-driven reporting (Power BI & Azure DevOps) for transparency and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

➡️Act as Epic Delivery Owner for Infrastructure initiatives, from initiation to closure

➡️Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery across infrastructure, operations, security, architecture and external partners

➡️Plan, execute and follow up on epics/projects within network, platform, mainframe, cyber security and operational infrastructure

➡️Ensure delivery complies with regulatory, security and risk requirements relevant for a Financial Market Infrastructure

➡️Drive delivery according to New Ways of Working, balancing agile principles with the realities of infrastructure and regulated environments

➡️Collaborate closely with different teams

➡️Manage dependencies between legacy environments (e.g. mainframe, ACE) and modern platforms

➡️Provide clear, structured reporting and insights using Power BI and established portfolio reporting frameworks

Required Experience & Competence

Must have:

✅Proven experience as IT Project Manager and / or Delivery Owner in Infrastructure

✅Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, critical infrastructure, or similar)

✅Strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as:

• Networks and connectivity
• Platforms and operating environments
• Mainframe or large-scale legacy systems
• IT operations and service continuity

✅Experience working with external vendors / system integrators

✅Strong delivery governance skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

✅Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI (or similar tools) and agile ways of working

Nice to have:

• Experience from Financial Market Infrastructure (CSD, banking, clearing, settlement)
• Knowledge of cyber security, information security and risk management in infrastructure projects
• Exposure to mainframe environments and hybrid IT landscapes
• Experience from large, global organisations combined with smaller, local units
