We are looking for Project Manager to join EMEA team, which coordinates many different projects.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, make their own decisions and has high social skills.
We are not looking for a typical Business-Process Project Manager, but someone with experience in Insurance/Banking/Finance sector.
Role Overview:
- We are looking for process/ business-oriented candidates. This is not a role for technical PM.
- Act as the key link between strategic partners, regional PMs, internal stakeholders, and change management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive process design, modeling, analysis, and optimization across global initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level executives, handling conflicts of interest, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Show assertiveness and decision-making ability to clarify what is feasible and what is not.
- Experience in projects such as global process optimization, risk enhancements, digital workplace transformation, workforce analytics, or client value programs – or similar business-focused initiatives – will be highly valuable.
- Role requires soft skills with a business focus, assertiveness, independence, and maturity; no system implementation or service management responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Project Coordination & Tracking: Demonstrated experience in complex, multi-team program environments; able to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Process mapping and modeling (e.g., BPMN, swimlanes)
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Process Analysis & Improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively across organizational boundaries, including external vendors and geographically dispersed teams. Ability to synthesize information and present recommendations back to cross functional audiences.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messaging for different audiences (detailed for project teams, executive summaries for leadership). Ability to convey messages in crisp and succinct manner.
- Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness in tracking and reporting.
- Sense of Urgency: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and driving timely outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and risks, with a track record of collaborating with core team members and driving resolution / follow-through.
- Change Management Awareness: Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting adoption activities in large-scale programs.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams).
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
