🚀 We’re Hiring: ICT Manager (Construction Industry)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a highly skilled ICT Manager to lead and drive IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations within a dynamic construction environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, systems)
• Lead and mentor the IT team
• Ensure data security, backup, and compliance standards
• Oversee IT budgets, vendors, and service agreements
• Manage IT support and troubleshooting operations

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT Management / Infrastructure / Systems Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, networks, and cybersecurity
• Experience in construction or contractor environment
• Hands-on experience with E-PROMIS (ERP)
• Background in Software Engineering / Applications is a plus
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
