We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and engaging a strong global community while representing the brand across key crypto platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage daily with users, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active brand presence.
- Moderate discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to communicate updates, campaigns, and announcements.
- Organize AMAs, community events, contests, and promotions.
- Monitor community sentiment and provide regular feedback reports.
- Identify influencers, ambassadors, and partnership opportunities.
- Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize community growth strategies
- Proven experience as a Community Manager in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading, exchanges, and DeFi ecosystem.
- Experience managing Telegram and Discord communities (mandatory).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle high-volume communities and manage sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
