Role: HCS Operation Support Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 operational support and handle NOC incidents.
- Maintain and support Cisco HCS platform and IP Telephony systems.
- Manage call routing, PSTN, dial plans, and design changes.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Handle vendor escalations (TAC) and critical issue resolution.
- Support new service implementation, testing, and upgrades.
- Manage hardware/software, users, patches, and backups.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cisco UC technologies (CUCM, Unity, IM&P, SBC, Voice Gateways)
- Experience with Routing & Switching, VMware, Nexus, UCS
- Familiarity with CVP, SQL Server, Contact Centre solutions
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in IP Telephony / Unified Communications
- Understanding of call flows, ICM scripting, and telecom networks
