JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

To support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, transformation programs, governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The role contributes to the implementation of organizational transformation initiatives and strategic planning frameworks by ensuring effective project governance, risk management, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms that enable successful execution of the corporate strategy and long-term institutional objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on the development of detailed project plans, including all related project models, in accordance with the governance systems implemented in the company.
  • Monitor and coordinate with project managers and administrative units to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives, institutional needs, corporate transformation roadmap, and strategic directions.
  • Support the execution of transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into structured project plans, measurable KPIs, and actionable implementation frameworks.
  • Contribute to the alignment of projects with the Corporate Business Plan (CBP), transformation strategy, and performance management framework.
  • Ensure the availability of required resources and operational support to enable successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved timelines, budgets, performance baselines, and strategic milestones.
  • Coordinate and attend periodic project meetings to track performance, strategic impact, and document progress, decisions, and corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly review project risk registers, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management and transformation risk considerations.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, governance controls, and approved strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular structured executive reports highlighting project status, strategic impact, achievements, risks, and transformation progress indicators.
  • Support the development and monitoring of KPIs and performance dashboards to measure project contribution to strategic objectives and organizational transformation goals.
  • Ensure systematic project closure in accordance with approved governance procedures, lessons learned documentation, and knowledge transfer standards.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly performance and transformation progress reports, documenting strategic achievements and continuous improvement insights.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the department in support of organizational strategy, transformation objectives, and institutional excellence.


QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Professional certification preferred:

PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP / PMO Certification (desirable)


EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, PMO, Transformation strategy (preferred), or related roles.

Experience in organizational governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination is preferred
