Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and experienced Project Construction Manager to lead renovation works at Lusail, ABHA, Duhail, and QBF Multi-Purpose Halls.
In this role, you will guide the full project from planning to handover. You will lead teams, manage site work, and make sure the project is safe, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full renovation projects from start to finish
- Plan, organize, and control all site activities
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Manage contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Monitor environmental impact and follow all rules and regulations
- Build strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders
- Solve site issues quickly and effectively
- Report progress to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years total construction experience
- At least 12 years managing major regional or international projects
- Minimum 7 years as a Project Manager
- Strong experience in renovation or similar large projects
- Good knowledge of environmental and local compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Membership in a Chartered body is preferred (not mandatory)
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
