Position Objective :
To strengthen the Talent Acquisition function across the organization by driving effective leadership hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and providing seamless recruitment support to HRBPs and Regional TA teams. The role aims to enhance hiring efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and optimize recruitment costs through structured processes and strategic partnerships.
Experience: 8–10 Years (Retail Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality talent
- Handle bulk hiring for retail stores and niche hiring for corporate roles
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with HODs and hiring managers for workforce planning
- Provide regular hiring updates and dashboards
- Act as a talent advisor to business team
Vendor & Campus Management
- Manage recruitment agencies and external vendors
- Build relationships with colleges for campus hiring programs
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and processes
- Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and dashboards
- Optimize hiring processes for efficiency using Recruit module and enhancing candidate experience
