Lead end-to-end projects, leverage advanced analytics, and play a vital role in optimizing procurement strategies, strengthening vendor relationships, and streamlining processes.
What You’ll Do
As an Project Management Specialist, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to:
Project Management
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Develop and implement a robust vendor management and process optimization framework to enhance value delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from finance, IT, legal, and other departments.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and manage dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to track key metrics.
- Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights for procurement and vendor performance optimization.
- Develop reporting frameworks for tracking project progress, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Vendor Relations
- Establish and implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies for vendor partnerships.
- Optimize third-party vendor relationships to ensure alignment with procurement policies and organizational goals.
Process Optimization
- Simplify, automate, and digitize end-to-end procurement and vendor management processes.
- Benchmark against external best practices to introduce innovative and effective solutions.
- Lead efforts to align process improvements with system solutions like Fusion and Tableau.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle projects (from A to Z) with a focus on results.
- Expertise in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation for performance tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Certification in Project Management or vendor relationship management.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies, automation, and digitization.
- Multilingual capabilities (English essential; French desirable).
1 year contract / possible extension.
