Responsibilities

Job description

  • Design, implement, and maintain end to end MMI test scenarios using Cypress and TypeScript
  • Translate business and functional requirements into automated test scenarios
  • Document MMI scenarios clearly (test logic, assumptions, expected behaviour)
  • Proactively identify missing scenarios, edge cases, and risks
  • Actively support and train Product and QA teams in writing end-to-end MMI test scenarios
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience writing TypeScript and Cypress scripts for web MMI testing
  • Strong foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript development
  • Solid experience with end-to-end test automation
  • Good understanding of web application behavior and user flows
  • Strong experience in testing, verification, and validation processes for software applications
  • Experience with other testing or automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working on complex or safety critical MMIs
  • Must have high fluency in spoken and written English (Candidates fluent in French or/and Arabic will be preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Business oriented, with a strong focus on user experience
  • Clear written communication skills, especially for documentation
  • Detail oriented and quality driven
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross functional environment
