Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Macro Portfolio Manager (Remote – United States) to lead macro driven investment strategies across digital asset markets.

This role focuses on analyzing global market trends, crypto market cycles, and blockchain ecosystem developments to guide portfolio allocation and investment decisions. The Web3 Macro Portfolio Manager will manage digital asset exposure, identify macro opportunities, and optimize portfolio performance across evolving market conditions.

The role is ideal for someone who understands both macroeconomic dynamics and crypto market behavior, and is comfortable managing portfolios in fast moving and highly volatile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute macro driven investment strategies across cryptocurrency markets
• Analyze global economic trends and their impact on digital asset markets
• Manage and optimize a diversified digital asset portfolio
• Monitor liquidity, market structure, and trading signals across crypto markets
• Identify investment opportunities across Web3 sectors including DeFi and infrastructure
• Assess portfolio risk and adjust strategies based on market conditions
• Track performance and refine strategies based on data and results
• Collaborate with research and strategy teams to share insights and market analysis

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure
• Experience managing digital asset portfolios or trading macro strategies
• Ability to analyze macroeconomic trends and crypto market cycles
• Understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and volatility
• Experience interpreting financial data and identifying investment opportunities
• Familiarity with trading platforms, analytics tools, or portfolio management systems
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Active involvement in crypto markets and Web3 ecosystems

Compensation

Salary range: $130,000 – $165,000 USD per year depending on experience and track record

Performance based incentives tied to portfolio performance may also be offered.
