As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Crypto Portfolio Manager to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to lead portfolio strategy, manage digital asset allocations, and optimize performance across a diversified crypto investment portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong investment background, deep understanding of crypto markets, and experience managing capital in dynamic environments.

This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.

• Design and manage diversified cryptocurrency portfolios aligned with investment objectives and risk tolerance
• Develop and execute long-term and medium-term investment strategies across digital assets
• Conduct fundamental and market analysis of crypto projects, protocols, and macro trends
• Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance allocations based on market conditions
• Manage risk exposure, drawdowns, and capital preservation strategies
• Evaluate new investment opportunities in sectors such as DeFi, Layer 1/2, and Web3
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and developers to enhance portfolio performance and execution
• Track market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the crypto ecosystem
• Prepare performance reports, analytics, and insights for internal stakeholders

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency portfolio management or digital asset investing
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, tokenomics, and market cycles
• Experience with major crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX)
• Solid knowledge of risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio optimization techniques
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data
• Experience with portfolio tracking tools, analytics platforms, or quantitative methods is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English

• Competitive annual salary: €95,000 – €115,000 (depending on experience)
