Instructional Designer, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $60,000/year USD
Ukraine
· Full-time
·
Associate
This position is designed for individuals who expect education to operate with greater speed, precision, and accountability.
2 Hour Learning condenses the content that conventional schools distribute throughout an entire day into concentrated, results-driven learning sessions. Success in this model depends on academic decisions that are accurate, prompt, and managed from start to finish. This role fulfills that need: converting complex student data into actionable insight while providing direct, high-confidence coaching that eliminates obstacles quickly.
You will operate where data analysis meets personal interaction. At one point, you'll be reviewing performance metrics to identify early warning signs and support placements with sound rationale. At another, you'll be working directly with a student, identifying misunderstandings in the moment and guiding them forward before minor challenges escalate into significant setbacks. This is not a position focused on passive observation. You are responsible for measurable results.
This role suits individuals who seek immediate visibility into the effects of their decisions. If you value ownership, appreciate working closely with students, and find satisfaction in enabling children to learn twice as efficiently through informed choices, this environment will align with your goals.
Apply if you want your contributions to produce results within days, not months.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide precise, prompt academic analysis and student-directed interventions that demonstrably improve learning outcomes for your designated student groups.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
Here’s How They’re Fixing It.
