Senior Developer C# .Net

Sigma Suisse is seeking for its client, a company in the trading sector, a Full Stack Senior Developer C# .Net in Geneva.

As an experienced full stack developer, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of our client's comprehensive analytics infrastructure, powered by extensive datasets from their proprietary integrated trading platform and third-party sources.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of the analytics division in Geneva, Switzerland, your duties will include:

• Developing innovative analytical platforms for traders, analysts, researchers, and data science teams
• Collaborating within an international development organization
• Converting user insights into practical design enhancements and issue resolutions
• Creating clean, well-documented, tested, and scalable code to meet business objectives
• Delivering application support and user training for daily operational needs
• Contributing to varied and challenging projects including:
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) implementations
• Data collection and distribution frameworks
• Custom data-driven trading assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with C# and associated .NET frameworks in enterprise-level environments
• Proficiency with relational database management systems and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Demonstrated experience in agile scrum development methodologies
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, user-centric approach with positive attitude and genuine interest in both functional and technical problem-solving aspects
• Champions software development industry standards
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills, deadline management capabilities, and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
