We are looking for an DevOps!


Responsabilities:

  • Provide functional support to users on applications
  • Testing and cross checks
  • Interact with IT Production & ICP Support Teams
  • Interact with developers in case of in‐house developed applications
  • Change Request, support items and incident follow up in ServiceNow
  • Treat requests, change requests and support items for CIB applications
  • Incident management and communication to users on local and central incidents
  • Design of new application environments
  • Installation, administration, documentation, support and troubleshooting of applications
  • Collaboration in projects of the group and on territory level
  • Problem management.
  • Continuity Management.
  • Capacity Management.
  • Asset & Obsolescence Management.
  • Managing Incidents, crisis calls, communications and ensure optimal resolution of incidents within SLAS in place.
  • Monitoring the application status.
  • Monitoring the infrastructure server resources.
  • Perform validation between each environment.
  • Perform regular reviews of scripts before UAT phase.
  • Perform a regular report to Project Manager/Technical Leader of server and application points to improve.
  • Proposes and implement optimizations for the project (can be linked to server configuration, rewrite of scripts).
  • Perform a capacity planning for projects at least once a year.
  • Provide support to projects regarding definition of solutions.
  • Participate on the standardization of practices.
  • Participate on the validation of migrations done of servers instances.
  • Participate on the evolution of servers tools.
  • Performing the analysis, planning all technical tasks required and executing them.
  • Defining tactical solutions to resume processes as quick as possible.
  • Contributing to find out the incident root cause.
  • Engaging the proper escalation path for all situations.
  • Adopting the global and departmental guidelines, IT best practices and IT Security recommendations.
  • In addition to the daily application support activity, the Application Support team contributes to the definition of non-functional requirements that a new application must respect before going in production. Moreover, it participates in the definition and implementation of projects to reduce support activity needed on critical systems.


Requirements:

  • At least 10 years-long experience.
  • Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
  • Monitoring the application status / Monitoring the infrastructure server resources.
  • Performing the analysis, planning all technical tasks required and executing them.
  • Contribute towards better post-release checkouts.
  • CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux // Good IT infrastructure knowledge // Ansible, Python.
  • Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable).
  • Cloud Experience Kubernetes, Openshift, Dockers & cloud managed services (AWS, Azure ou IBM Cloud), HELM, HASHICORP, Vault, ARGO CD, HELM, HASHICORP, Vault, ARGO CD.
  • Experience in Continuous Delivery context, Industrialization/automatization of deliveries, deployments, rollbacks. Terraform, Jenkins, GIT/GITLAB.
