Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Geneva, with opportunities for remote work. As a DevOps Tech Lead, you will oversee and enhance infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), manage robust continuous integration pipelines, and maintain server environments with a focus on Linux systems. You will collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes and optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices to automate infrastructure deployment and management.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Continuous Integration methodologies to create efficient and reliable deployment pipelines.
• Strong foundation in System Administration with a focus on Linux environments for managing server infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an asset.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document processes and collaborate remotely.
