ServiceNow Senior Developer – ITAM (Contract)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience to support an ongoing enterprise implementation.

The role focuses on enhancing and optimizing asset management processes across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM / SAM)
• Implement and optimize asset lifecycle management processes
• Work closely with CMDB and data quality improvements
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
• Support ongoing enhancements and platform optimization
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (5+ years preferred)
• Proven experience with ITAM (HAM and/or SAM)
• Good understanding of CMDB and CSDM concepts
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub)
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript)
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with Discovery / Service Mapping
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM)
• Experience in enterprise environments

Location: Oslo, Norway (3 days onsite / week)

Start: ASAP

Duration: ~12 months+

Engagement model: B2B / Contractor (T&M)
