Business Analyst / Business Intelligence lead - Qatar

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Working with stakeholders across Strategy, IT and Digital Office to define Observatory reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Translating business needs into BI and data visualisation deliverables (Power BI, Azure, or equivalent).
• Coordinating with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure alignment between data models and reporting outputs.
• Supporting the validation and rollout of new dashboards and performance indicators for leadership use.
• Documenting data flows, business rules, and dashboard governance processes.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or BI lead in enterprise or public-sector settings.
• Strong track record in business intelligence, KPIs, and dashboard design (preferably Power BI).
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders to define and refine analytical requirements.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Platform and enterprise data governance practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, comfortable leading discussions with executives.
