The Opportunity

I am looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take a leading role in building the product and engineering culture. You’ll work directly with the founders to architect scalable systems, lead development across web and mobile, and help grow a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of core product features across frontend (Flutter) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Architect and scale backend services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Establish engineering best practices and help recruit and mentor future team members.
• Drive rapid iteration and experimentation in a lean startup environment.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Flutter, and GCP.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade systems from scratch.
• Passion for education, AI, and building products that make a real impact.
• Bonus: Experience with Firebase, AI/ML integration, or real-time data systems.
