Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

As a Product Manager Intern, you will join the Product Management team, a key department within the company, working closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Your mission is to support the Product Management team in the development, coordination and launch of our collections, ensuring that the right products are delivered on time, on budget and in line with Stanley Stella’s quality and sustainability standards.


Your role and impact

  • Support the Product Management team in daily activities and on specific product-related projects
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities, customer needs and competitive insights
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product documentation (product sheets, lookbooks, colour overviews, training materials)
  • Update and maintain product information in internal systems (PLM, PIM or similar tools)
  • Work closely with Design and Product Development teams to ensure alignment on product vision, timelines and specifications
  • Facilitate communication between Design, Production and Operations to support smooth product development and delivery
  • Support the monitoring of production timelines and contribute to on-time product availability
  • Assist in inventory follow-up and support analysis related to product lifecycle (launch, continuity, phase-out)
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of product launches, including internal communication, trainings and trade fairs


About you

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Marketing or a related field
  • A first experience or exposure to Product Management, Marketing or Fashion is an asset
  • Strong interest in sustainable fashion and product development
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a cross-functional environment
  • Good knowledge of Excel; ease with data and systems
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Available asap for a minimum period of 3 months
