Senior Scrum Master – Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) & Agile Transformation

Our client, a leading organization in the transport infrastructure sector, is looking for an expert to lead a large-scale agile transformation. This role involves coordinating multiple teams within a high-stakes environment responsible for critical 24/7 infrastructure management applications. The project focuses on optimizing delivery efficiency through the implementation and scaling of agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple teams working on a unified backlog using the LeSS framework.
• Facilitate core agile activities including refinements, sprint reviews, and cross-team sprint planning.
• Analyze and optimize existing work methods to improve delivery efficiency and team collaboration.
• Support project leadership in reporting on scope, budget, deliverables, and proactive risk management.
• Guide IT teams through iterative cycles while promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate complex decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Promote a culture of transparency and multi-team cooperation across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in change management processes within Agile Scrum software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing large teams of more than 40 people.
• 5+ years of experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• 5+ years with Certified Scrum Master, Certified LeSS Practitioner, and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certifications.
• 5+ years with Certified Agile Coach and Certified Agile Leadership credentials.
• 2+ years of experience in LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) adoption, including the delivery of formal training.
• 2+ years of experience coaching Agile & Lean organizations and Prosci change management.
• You bring professional presentation skills and a collaborative, reliable mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French (C1) with professional knowledge of English (B2).
