Your role

As a PMO Project Manager, you are at the heart of program and portfolio management. You bring structure, clarity, and control, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and risk. You are not the technical lead—but the key enabler who makes projects predictable and successful.

Your challenge

• Manage projects from concept to execution 🛠️
• Support studies, design phases, and business case development
• Set up and monitor PMO processes, frameworks, and documentation
• Drive stakeholder management across leadership, internal teams, and external partners 🤝
• Deliver high-level reporting to steerco, executive committees, and board 📊
• Contribute to both large strategic programs and multiple smaller initiatives

Your profile

• Senior Project Manager / PMO profile with ~10 years of experience
• Affinity with construction, real estate, and/or digital projects
• Strong experience in waterfall / traditional project delivery
• Strategic, structured, and an excellent communicator
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized (“great running shoes” mindset) 👟
• Languages: English & Dutch required
