Marketing Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract (2 Years)

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive business growth. 

What you will do 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects from concept to delivery. 
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Project teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. 
• Organize and support participation in conferences, events, webinars, and exhibitions (including booth setup and materials). 
• Coordinate and manage the production of sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, stands, etc.). 
• Manage and execute social media activities, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking. 
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for existing customers, including segmentation and performance analysis. 
• Coordinate sales promotions across digital (social media, email) and offline channels. 
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. 
• Oversee and coordinate external vendors, agencies, and freelancers delivering marketing and advertising assets. 
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects. 

What we are looking for 

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing and/or project management. 
• Highly organised with strong ownership and execution ability. 
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency. 
• Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken). 
• Ability to act as a central point of contact for marketing-related initiatives. 
• Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, Email marketing platform, project management tools).
