Project Manager

Job Summary:
Syncdit is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives within an innovative AI startup environment. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive project success from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage AI project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within technology or AI-focused startups
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and software development life cycles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
