Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our teams and support one of our clients in the banking sector.

In this role, you will lead the execution of technology initiatives, ensuring value delivery to the business through the implementation of solutions aligned with the client's strategic objectives. You will manage scope, timing, budget, and quality, while promoting effective stakeholder management and proactive risk mitigation.

What you will do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from end to end;
• Ensure integrated management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality;
• Promote effective communication and alignment with business and IT stakeholders;
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Manage external suppliers and ensure the quality of delivered services;
• Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and milestone tracking;
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal standards;
• Drive project transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What you are like:

• Proficient in IT project management, with solid experience delivering complex initiatives;
• Experienced in managing projects within the financial or banking sector (preferred);
• Knowledgeable in Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies;
• Certification-oriented (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) — valued;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Highly proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative.
