About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Talent Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will work in Human Resources in a dynamic environment, with close business involvement and a direct impact on the employee experience. You will play an active role in supporting consultants, contributing to their development, motivation, and integration throughout their lifecycle in the company.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Support consultants, ensuring engagement, motivation, and smooth integration
  • Identify risks of disengagement or turnover and assist managers in defining solutions
  • Support career management (training, mobility, and goal-setting)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update information in internal systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices


What We Are Looking For

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience (including internships)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset and focus on internal clients
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Adaptability and ability to manage priorities
  • Analytical skills

Additional Advantages:

  • Knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Power BI
  • Basic understanding of labour law
