💼 What you'll do

✔ Monitor and maintain the health of infrastructure and cloud services (servers, VMs, databases, networking)

✔ Respond to alerts, incidents and tickets; restore services within defined SLAs

✔ Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP)

✔ Manage and configure virtualisation environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, NSX)

✔ Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi)

✔ Manage cloud services and support cloud migrations and integrations

✔ Participate in infrastructure changes following change management processes

✔ Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides

✔ Share knowledge with junior team members and support onboarding

🔹 What we expect

– 2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or engineering

– Knowledge of VMware (vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, NSX) and backup solutions

– Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and Microsoft cloud services

– Networking fundamentals (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN)

– Strong communication skills – clear written updates, proactive client interaction

– Independent, precise, and proactive in solving technical challenges

– Slovenian and English language (we might consider only English speaking candidates)
