Client Manager - Professional Services Sales (French-speaking)

As Client Manager (f/m/d) for our Swiss customers, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer relationships while selling and developing solutions for our customers based on OpenText products. Collaborating closely with the OpenText Account Executive, you will help shape our valued customers' digital strategy for Information Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate professional and trust-based customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain the service sales pipeline to achieve the specified sales targets
  • Qualify customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide effort estimates and collaborate on contract content with our internal teams
  • Oversee the complete sales process, including proposal approval, development, presentation, and negotiation
  • Participate in requests for proposals (RFP/RFI)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after contract signing and ensure remediation in case of deviation
  • Strategic account development with our service portfolio

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in the field of Enterprise Software and associated services (project management, enterprise architecture, change management)
  • Demonstrated success in selling professional services
  • Strong customer-centric focus (internally and externally), exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding service
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to customer locations and internal meetings
  • Excellent French and English language skills, both written and oral. German and Italian would be a plus
