We are looking for a "People Experience Specialist / Senior Specialist" to work with our dynamic teams.

📌Main Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective HR solutions
• Support leaders in organizational design, employee engagement, and talent-related decision-making
• Provide guidance on employee relations topics and ensure alignment with company policies and culture

HR Analytics & Insights

• Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making across business units
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, performance trends, etc.)
• Contribute to building a data-driven HR culture by improving reporting tools and processes

Performance Management

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes
• Monitor performance cycles and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness

🎯You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;

• Bachelor’s Degree from related fields
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources areas
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies
• Open to Kaizen culture
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
• Being open to communications always our priority
