Human Resources Assistant (Jr.)

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Junior) to join our growing and dynamic organization. This role offers a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions.

You will support daily HR operations and contribute to processes including recruitment, employee experience, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview coordination
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in performance and feedback process follow-ups
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Support employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Handle employee requests and direct them to relevant departments
• Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Enter and update HR data in systems accurately
• Assist in preparing reports and HR analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Basic knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow
