Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with significant exposure to PMO leadership
  • Proven experience in establishing, scaling, and managing PMO structures in complex organizations
  • Strong background in management consulting, strategy, and transformation programs
  • Deep knowledge of project/program management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and SAP programs (S/4HANA, ERP, CX, Industry 4.0)
  • Strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Advanced skills in executive reporting, presentation development, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Responsibilities


  • Establish, lead, and continuously improve the PMO function, including governance models, standards, tools, and best practices
  • Oversee the project and program portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities
  • Define and enforce project management methodologies, frameworks, and quality standards across all initiatives
  • Provide consolidated and transparent reporting to senior leadership on portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
  • Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes across programs and projects
  • Identify cross-project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and escalation mechanisms
  • Ensure the successful delivery of large-scale SAP and digital transformation programs, including S/4HANA, MES, WMS, and plant-based software solutions.
  • Lead portfolio prioritization and investment decision support processes
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
  • Design and implement organization-wide change management and communication strategies
  • Build and mentor a high-performing PMO and project management team
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, performance tracking, and delivery excellence
