Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with significant exposure to PMO leadership
- Proven experience in establishing, scaling, and managing PMO structures in complex organizations
- Strong background in management consulting, strategy, and transformation programs
- Deep knowledge of project/program management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Extensive experience in digital transformation and SAP programs (S/4HANA, ERP, CX, Industry 4.0)
- Strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Advanced skills in executive reporting, presentation development, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level interaction
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and continuously improve the PMO function, including governance models, standards, tools, and best practices
- Oversee the project and program portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities
- Define and enforce project management methodologies, frameworks, and quality standards across all initiatives
- Provide consolidated and transparent reporting to senior leadership on portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
- Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes across programs and projects
- Identify cross-project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure the successful delivery of large-scale SAP and digital transformation programs, including S/4HANA, MES, WMS, and plant-based software solutions.
- Lead portfolio prioritization and investment decision support processes
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
- Design and implement organization-wide change management and communication strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing PMO and project management team
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, performance tracking, and delivery excellence
