Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Backend .NET Developer based in Slependen (Asker). In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems using .NET technologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating scalable and robust APIs, ensuring system performance, and integrating with existing infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and UX designers, to deliver seamless technological solutions that contribute to Varner’s operational success. Participation in code reviews and input into architectural decisions will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET developer
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Web API
• Experience with integrations with external systems (API, file and/or message-based integrations)
• Passion for technology, collaborative skills and willingness to learn (to familiarize yourself with new frameworks and tools)
• Communication skills in Norwegian (B2 level) and English
