Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of one or more products, ensuring they meet customer needs, align with business goals, and remain competitive in the market. This role acts as the bridge between business, technology, and user experience, driving product strategy, development, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product direction.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive product improvements through data analysis, user feedback, and iterative testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and share ownership of product outcomes.
• Support team learning by sharing product knowledge, market insights, and best practices.

Qualifications and Job Specific Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Should have 5–10 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in digital services, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions preferred.
• Managing business case development and financial modeling.
• Market research and customer analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
