Project Manager

Alexander Ash are seeking a Project Manager to support a mix of internal transformation initiatives and client-facing projects across BPO (HR, Finance, Procurement), Digital, and IFM.

We’re looking for well-rounded PMs with experience in strategic programs, special projects, and organisational transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver projects/programs (scope, timelines, budgets, resources)
• Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Manage multiple workstreams and track delivery against milestones
• Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, and governance forums
• Produce clear reporting (status updates, dashboards, risks, actions)
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep delivery on track

What we’re looking for:

• Strong mix of project + program management experience
• Exposure to transformation or strategic initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience across BPO / business operations environments preferred
