Your New Role

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Director & General Manager. You will be responsible for all security operations and improving security processes & protocols for a significant mall and office property in Surrey. You will be working closely with your 3rd party security provider to ensure smooth operations of this property. Responsibilities will include strategic & operational risk management, vendor management, as well as tenant and community relationships.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Security Management experience.
• Experience overseeing Security Operations in a multi-use commercial space.
• Experience overseeing a team.
• Valid security license is an asset.
• Experience using security software systems.
• Familiar with federal & provincial regulations.

What you’ll get in return

• Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 experience dependent.
