Scrum Master/Project Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking to bring on a Scrum Master/ Project Delivery Manager to support delivery of complex integration and software development projects for a large security client. This role will be responsible for driving Agile processes, managing sprint execution, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can effectively track progress, manage timelines, and ensure all project elements are consistently updated and visible to stakeholders. This position is 100% remote working in EST time zone.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, in a hybrid Agile delivery role
• Strong experience managing software development and/or system integration projects
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with:
• Sprint planning and backlog management
• Writing and refining user stories
• Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
• Experience using Agile/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Strong communicator – able to clearly convey status, risks, and expectations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High level of accountability and ownership over project tracking and delivery visibility
• Ability to drive conversations and facilitate alignment across teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness of project data
• Proactive, organized, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working on integration-heavy or enterprise systems
• Experience in environments involving sensitive or restricted data (e.g., finance, healthcare, government, defense)
• Familiarity with release planning and coordination across multiple teams
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) or PMP is an asset
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
