Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Technical Analyst for a full-time remote position based in Canada. This role focuses on supporting technical research, blockchain analysis, and ecosystem monitoring across Web3 platforms, digital assets, decentralized applications, and blockchain networks.

This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking technical developments, analyzing protocol activity, and contributing to structured analysis across blockchain systems and digital asset ecosystems. The role involves working with technical information, reviewing network and protocol trends, and supporting internal reporting related to platform developments, ecosystem activity, and Web3 infrastructure.

The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands blockchain ecosystems, and is interested in how protocol design, network activity, infrastructure developments, and technical trends shape opportunities across the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

Analyze blockchain networks, digital asset ecosystems, and broader Web3 technology trends

Track developments across Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and decentralized applications

Monitor protocol upgrades, network usage, ecosystem growth, and technical developments across Web3 platforms

Support internal reporting and structured analysis across technical research and blockchain activity

Track developments across blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and Web3 market activity

Assist in organizing data related to protocol performance, network developments, and ecosystem trends

Collaborate with team members on technical analysis and research initiatives

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems

Basic understanding of blockchain networks, smart contracts, tokens, and decentralized platforms

Experience with research, technical analysis, data analysis, or crypto-related work is a plus

Ability to interpret technical information and identify trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: CAD 110,000 - CAD 125,000 per year depending on experience.

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
