An elite boutique has opened multiple Analyst roles on the back of new mandates and accelerated growth - providing immediate exposure and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion.
• Conduct valuation analysis and sector research across live client mandates.
• Own financial modelling across DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience; FIG or Fintech
• Must hold a Series 79
• Credible closes on your record

There will be a clear upstream progression tied to your results.
