Project Manager – Large Scale Engineering Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing complex developments from inception to delivery, with deep expertise in tendering, evaluation, and full-cycle project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale developments.

• Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders including consultants, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Supervise site progress and ensure alignment with design, specifications, and quality standards.

• Handle tendering processes, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.

• Monitor and control project budgets, procurement, and material sourcing.

• Coordinate with design consultants, supervision consultants, and authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance.

• Drive performance across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Ensure risk management, reporting, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management within engineering/construction sectors.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (multi-disciplinary scope).

• Strong background in tendering, contract evaluation, and procurement processes.

• Extensive experience in site supervision, consultant coordination, and authority approvals.

• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, from design to execution and handover.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.

Preferred:

• Experience working on projects with government authorities or major developers.
