Senior Project Manager – Hospitality | Dubai

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for a prestigious hospitality (hotel) project in Sharjah. Immediate joiners preferred (max 1-month notice).

Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 + visa & medical

Key Requirements

• Lady Arabic speaker
• 15–18 years’ experience in the Middle East
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (PM postgrad preferred)
• Proven experience delivering 4/5-star hotel projects end-to-end
• Experience with LDC or PMC teams
• Strong design & construction management expertise
• Excellent client management and communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Sharjah project experience is a plus

Role

• Lead full project lifecycle of high-end hospitality developments
• Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee design coordination and construction progress
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
