Role Overview

We are looking for a Unity Developer Intern with a strong interest in visual design, environment creation, and interactive 3D systems.

This role involves building and enhancing real-time simulation and visualization environments using Unity (URP), contributing to surgical training platforms, product visualization, and immersive robotic interfaces.

What You’ll Get Done

• Design and develop interactive 3D environments using Unity (URP).
• Work with existing codebases and extend system functionality as required.
• Implement basic gameplay logic and user interactions using C# scripting.
• Import, organize, and manage 3D assets (models, textures, prefabs).
• Configure materials, lighting, post-processing, and scene aesthetics.
• Apply and modify shaders using Shader Graph or existing shader systems.
• Optimize scenes for performance (lighting, textures, draw calls, batching).
• Maintain clean project structure and follow Unity best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and robotics teams to enhance user experience and visual quality.

What Qualifies You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Animation, or related field.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Unity (URP) and Unity Editor workflows.
• Working knowledge of C# scripting for feature implementation and debugging.

Your Skill Stack

• Proficiency in Unity (URP) and scene-building workflows.
• Basic to intermediate C# scripting for extending interactive systems.
• Strong understanding of 3D assets, materials, lighting, and post-processing.
• Knowledge of Shader Graph and fundamental shader concepts.
• Awareness of real-time performance optimization techniques.

A Plus not a Must

• Experience building simulation or VR/AR environments.
• Exposure to medical visualization, robotics, or training platforms.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).
