About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Iteration Manager / Agile Delivery Lead with experience supporting multiple parallel squads. The role drives delivery outcomes, enables team performance, and ensures work aligns to business priorities across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead project teams that may be comprised of employees in the function, from other functions within, and from partner organisations, providing a clear vision of the product; transitioning the team to a Scrum framework, establishing and embedding the Agile values and principles.

• Manage projects autonomously in collaboration with the Product Owner.

• Provide guidance to the Product Owner and drive the team’s velocity and the cadence of the team, undertake prioritisation and planning/scoping for releases, lead Scrum sessions and all appropriate Agile ceremonies, planning and organise demos and product/system testing.

• Develop iterative communications plan and drive 360% reporting.

• Work with Product Owner to address barriers to progress and changes to scope.

• Monitor and manage project processes, deliverables, and financials.

Thought Leadership

• Lead and participate in activity to embed culture change towards AGILE across the business.

• Maintain and champion Agile/Scrum tools, toolkits, processes.

• Collaborate with other scrum masters, project leads, collaboration partners, and develop Agile/Scrum workflow and delivery process.

Desirable Attributes-

• Experience in Energy & Utilities

Qualifications

• Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP)
