Project Manager

Location: Adelaide CBD

Contract length: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of a large-scale enterprise wide implementation, with a strong focus on Salesforce

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring the program is executed smoothly through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. You'll work closely with the Systems Integrator and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases
• Manage and coordinate delivery with the Systems Integrator
• Oversee sprint-based delivery cycles and track progress against key milestones
• Maintain strong governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management
• Collaborate with business and technical workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery
• Drive readiness for training, UAT, and go-live activities
• Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies
• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  
  

• Proven experience delivering complex ERP / similar implementations
• Experience working client-side alongside Systems Integrators
• Strong understanding of agile or hybrid delivery models, particularly sprint-based environments
• Experience managing projects in stable ("green") delivery environments
• Ability to engage effectively across both business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong governance, risk, and issue management capability
  
  

• Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (not mandatory)
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stream programs (business + technical)
• Exposure to training, change management, and go-live readiness activities
• Experience within enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs
