CSA Project Manager

€90'000 to €110'000 + €13'000NET + Solo Accommodation + Flights + Travel + Bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to drive the successful delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on large-scale projects, from design through to completion. This role is critical in ensuring quality execution, programme alignment, and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, high-technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CSA aspects of the project lifecycle, from design coordination through construction and final delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, cost plans, labour resources, and overall performance metrics.
• Establish and implement best-in-class reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems from project inception.
• Collaborate closely with Clients, Design Teams, and Project Management to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication of progress, risks, costs, and key milestones.
• Champion Health & Safety standards, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Drive quality assurance across all CSA works, ensuring delivery meets and exceeds project and client expectations.
• Coordinate with MEP and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration across all project interfaces.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale data centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination in complex, high-tech builds.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
