Senior Product Manager

Job Requirement-

• Lead end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for customer‑facing digital products.
• Own the integration and optimisation of Amazon Connect and Salesforce.
• Partner closely with engineering, CX, operations, and data teams to drive high‑impact product improvements.
• Use data and insights to guide prioritisation, decision‑making, and performance tracking.
• Manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and business areas.
• Communicate product vision and priorities to senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.

Job Details-

• 12 month contract
• €520p/d
• 1 day per week in Dublin
• Must have full right to work and live in Ireland
