Get ready to

• Own and manage IT operations across the organization, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
• Administer user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management) across multiple platforms
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software according to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, driving them to full resolution with minimal supervision
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to service levels and internal SLAs
• Manage and continuously improve IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
• Support and educate end users on hardware, software, and best practices
• Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
• Lead or contribute to IT process improvements, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions (e.g., using n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar tools)
• Ensure IT security best practices are followed across endpoints and systems
  
  

We expect you to

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting across devices, networks, and SaaS tools
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: hardware, operating systems, networking, and cloud tools
• Experience administering modern workplace environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar) and mindset to reduce manual work
• Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint management (a plus)
• Understanding of security principles (SSO, access control, endpoint security, password policies)
• Strong ownership mindset — ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion
• Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and ITSM best practices
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical users
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
  
  

SalaryGross salary range is 2500-3400 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
