Traffic Project Manager with extensive experience in Retail & FMCG’s logistics & supply chain management- Monthly Salary12-14K

We are looking for a Traffic Manager with pure experience in managing logistics/ supply chain and who has worked with companies with multiple products ensuring delivery & quality and logistics bearing in mind that he/she has extensive experience in Retail & FMCG logistics & supply chain management.

The traffic manager will install the new LCD screens inside the Taxis and supervise the installation of the new Pylons project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Workflow Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring they progress through each phase seamlessly and meet all deadlines with regard to multi-tasks but not limited to current :

• Ongoing Taxis branding
• Installation of the new In-Vehicle LCD screens inside Taxis.
• Other projects related to ADNOC & Emarat stations are current and newly opening.
• Resource Allocation: Assign and manage internal resources based on project needs and team availability, ensuring balanced workloads across the multiple platforms of the OOH business matrix.
• Timeline Oversight: Develop, maintain, and adjust project timelines as necessary, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders and OOH department members, coordinating timelines & quality and meeting deadlines.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze existing workflows and processes, proposing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and streamline project management across the operational aspect of the OOH department.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work related to OOH media meets the client's standards and expectations before final approval and submission in coordination with the department head and sales team.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or bottlenecks early in the process, working proactively to resolve them and keep projects on track.
• Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and the client side, keeping them updated on project statuses, changes, and potential risks.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management, including progress reports, resource allocation, and any critical risks impacting project timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a Traffic & logistics & supply chain Management role or similar within the supply chain & logistics industry, advertising, or events agency environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft, Microsoft Project), with strong organizational skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and addressing challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, project scopes, and client needs.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in project delivery.

• Experience in managing logistics & supply chain and multi-retail brands distribution management.
