Senior HR Officer

For the temporary reinforcement of our HR team, we are looking for an experienced and decisive Senior HR Officer. In this role, you are the stable factor within HR operations for the ambulance service, ensuring that processes run smoothly, administration is in order, and HR colleagues are supported.

What will you do?

• You maintain oversight within HR operations and ensure actions are followed up in a timely manner
• You support HR Advisors and the HR Business Partner by proactively taking on tasks, giving them confidence to delegate
• You ensure and contribute to accurate, timely, and complete processing of HR changes and administration
• You identify bottlenecks in processes and propose concrete improvements
• You independently handle HR operations-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-up
• You actively coordinate with HR colleagues (such as payroll and functional management) to gather and align information
• You contribute to changes, such as implementing a new collective labor agreement (e.g., preparing communications, updating letters, and creating planning)
• You provide support in light HR casework, such as applying employment conditions and legal frameworks
• You help standardize and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and create clear, consistent ways of working

Who are we looking for?

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking, gained through education and/or experience, preferably in HRM
• Extensive, demonstrable experience in an administrative or operational HR role
• Proven experience with HR systems
• Knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations; knowledge of the Ambulance CAO is a plus
