As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a DAO Business Development / Partnerships Manager to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth through strategic partnerships, ecosystem expansion, and collaboration with key players in the Web3 space. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in business development, and a solid understanding of DAO and crypto ecosystems.

This is a fully remote position open to professionals based in Lithuania.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, gaming studios, DAOs, and DeFi platforms.
  • Drive ecosystem growth through collaboration opportunities, integrations, and joint initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, investors, and community leaders.
  • Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, community) to align partnership strategies with business goals.
  • Represent GOGAMETOKEN in industry events, online communities, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities in DAO, gaming, and crypto sectors.
  • Support DAO governance initiatives related to partnerships and ecosystem growth.
  • Track and report partnership performance, KPIs, and impact on ecosystem expansion.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech).
  • Strong understanding of DAO structures, token ecosystems, and blockchain fundamentals.
  • Experience building and managing B2B relationships in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with major Web3 ecosystems and platforms.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Active involvement in crypto communities and basic experience with crypto wallets is a strong advantage.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).


What We Offer

  • Competitive annual salary: €140,000 – €155,000
