Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Lead - Timisoara

As a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Lead, you will identify, drive, and implement improvement initiatives that elevate productivity, quality, and efficiency across our production and technical operations.

In This Exciting Role You Will:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, packaging, and technical operations
• Identify opportunities, define solutions, and share best practices across teams
• Apply Lean, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Plan training program and manage training budget throughout the year
• Facilitate process standardization and ensure up-to-date documentation of work procedures
• Drive change management by partnering with stakeholders and project teams
• Monitor and report on CI KPIs, ensuring transparency and measurable progress
• Collaborate with P&C and plant leadership on talent development and capability building
• Promote innovation initiatives related to production, packaging, energy and water efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, technical, and legal requirements

You Can Be Successful in This Role If You Have:

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related technical field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or technical operations (preferably FMCG/food industry)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and project management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams
• Advanced English communication skills
• Experience with SAP and MS Office
